Needing spine surgery is a very scary proposition. Yes, you are in quite a lot of pain and want it to be gone fast so choosing the right surgeon is an extremely intense and difficult decision to make. As soon as I consulted with Dr. Onesti I knew I was in the right place. He was very patient and took plenty of time to answer all my questions and explain what needed to be done and explain the procedure. I liked him. By the time my consult was finished I knew I would be in good hands. After the surgery he personally visited me every day while I was in the hospital. I am also grateful to Christine in the office. She is so efficient and busy but always took the time to say a few words to make my call or visit more personal.

The Doctors were wonderful! Dr. Choi explained my condition in detail and answered all of my questions. He gave me a complete examination. Dr.Pile-Spellman saw me afterward and continued the exam. So pleased with my visit to NSPC neurosurgeon Dr. Alexandros Zouzias. Dr. Zouzias was professional, patient, and very thorough. He took the time to explain, in detail, my condition, and next steps. While I am thrilled that surgery is not required at this time, I know where I will go, should my treatment options change. Thank you Dr. Zouzias, and the very accommodating staff at the Commack office.

Very pleasant visit from receptionist to Dr. Daniel Birk. He was thorough in his procedures and analysis and gave me the answers i needed to hear. Was honest in what wasn't needed and i highly recommend him and his great staff to visit for any back or spine issues. Top notch!👍👍👍👍👍

Dr.Xavier Gaudin was very nice and professional. He was very thorough and explain everything in details for me. I went to see him regarding my herniated disc and sciatic pain issues and he put my heart at ease. Even though I am not using him for surgery this was a 2nd opinion visit. The coordinator Radha was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She was also very professional and sweet. Love her. My surgery was already booked or I would have use Dr. Gaudin in a heart beat. Thank you guys for everything. Greatly appreciate the pleasant service I received on Tuesday 2/23/2021.

I contacted Dr. George's office because I was having severe, acute neck pain/spasm. He and his office staff couldn't have been more warm, kind, or understanding of my condition and sense of urgency. I was expeditiously given an appointment. When my appointment time arrived, I was safely (Covid restrictions considered) and efficiently seen in the office. Dr. George and his PA developed a treatment plan that is already helping me and I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness and very competent care.
